HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN interested in photography?
I have ALWAYS loved documenting my life and got my very first camera for my 10th birthday. It was a camera that used 110 film, which was those long film canisters with the two circular ends. THAT'S how old I am lol I started my professional photography journey in College in 1998 where I learned to shoot on an SLR film camera. I developed my own negatives and photos in a dark room. It was one of my very favourite classes! We also learned to edit our negatives in a very primitive version of Photoshop. I got my first DSLR in 2008 and opened the first iteration of my business in 2009.

WHAT'S YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
Current turn around time for portrait sessions is 21 business days but quite often I can get your images to you much sooner. Please keep this timeframe in mind when choosing your session date.
HOW MANY images DO I GET?
The number of images is dependent on your session. Those are listed on my website under the specific session category. Take a look or send me a message for detailed information.
ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
Absolutely! Payment plans are always an option. How far in advance you book your session dictates how we can break up your payment plan. However, the session must be paid in full by the day before the session.
DO YOU RETOUCH images?
All images in your online gallery have been edited to polish up what is already there. I do very little manipulation in my editing and feel it is much more important to get it right in the posing during the session. However, editing an hour long session can take up to 10 hours and is where the majority of my work is done.
HOW DO WE GET OUR IMAGES?
Images will be sent out via email as an online digital gallery that you are able to download directly to your computer, cell phone or tablet as outlined in your session info.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
I love to travel and would be more than happy to join you on any trip you are planning! However, expenses for travel will be calculated into the price of your session. Don't be afraid to reach out and inquire.

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
Neutrals photograph beautifully! But, I love colour, so wear whatever colours and clothes you feel most comfortable in. However, avoid neon colours or super bright reds, greens, pinks, oranges and yellows. Avoid tops with words on them or large logos. Try to coordinate your family but not match each other exactly, Mix & match 2-3 colours and patterns for an aesthetically pleasing pallet. The goal is to compliment one another, not match. Let's avoid the white shirts and khaki pants of the early 2000s.
